When a package for my business arrived there one day, they informed me that it needed to be added to my account and he added it for me. Today, I went to pick up and received great news that my package had been returned to sender! This is the amazing service that Mail Mart provides.... do NOT trust these people with your mail!!"

"This place is asking and forcing you to wear a mask when you come in but the owners and employees don’t have to. The lady the works there older Cuban later said to me that I couldn’t ask the owner to wear a mask. This legally doesn’t fly, if nobody in the business is wearing a mask you cannot ask your customer to wear one."

"Honestly used to be my favorite place to ship being that the post office is a complete nightmare. The man who used to be here, I think he was the owner with his cute dog were awesome, friendly and ever so helpful. Not sure if he retired or what but the current lazy, dirty and unhelpful staff are painful. It's always unfortunate when a neighborhood vendor turns to sh*t =("
