"I find it SHAMEFUL that this place charges 5$ for the simple fact of SENDING an email of the documents you need to print. What is the point of this charge? I would really like to know, because it seems to me that they want to take advantage of the customer. It doesn't make any sense."

"I’ve been using UPS for years and typically email my label in store and print. This store charges $5 (!!!) to email the label to the store and then another $1 to print the label. I’ve never had a $5 charge for simply emailing a label to UPS. There are no signs indicating this charge anywhere. Staff was rude when I asked about the charge. Won’t come back to this location."

"Legit spent the last 30 minutes here being nickeled and dime. They focus on trying to charge you no matter what and while they feed you a bunch of garbage about the return process. I have been to several UPS stores I have done several Amazon returns and they try to tell me that, and never is instant notification that Amazon received a package when again I’ve been to several locations highly recommend you go out swear or you will have to pay extra money to do something that’s free at any other UPS location"

"This place has been open I believe for about one year and I've been here three times and the service is great. It's also a little cozy, but still enough space where we can walk around and do things. Staff has always been helpful."
