However the owner of this establishment was very unprofessional and got into a argument with me without trying to understand the issue that our agency was having with regards to our corporate account and he was not able to convey what was required to be done in a professional manner. He told me to go to another store."

"The clerk was unbelievably efficient and kind. There was a long line of people and he ran two registers without being impatient with any of the unprepared customers.
