"Having been a proud owner of The UPS Store in Davie for 7 years, I had certain expectations when I visited a different branch today with my brother. Our goal was simple: to notarize a few church-related documents. However, we realized that my brother had inadvertently signed the documents beforehand. Upon presenting these to the attending staff, another employee, who was busy with a different customer, immediately interrupted. He pointedly informed us that they couldn't notarize pre-signed documents due to fraud concerns. While his point might have been valid, there are several issues with our encounter: His approach was curt and lacked basic courtesies. A simple "Hello" or "How can I assist?" would have set a more positive tone. Instead of outright refusal, a solution-oriented approach, such as offering to print fresh copies for us, would have been much appreciated. Neither he nor the other staff member offered a word of apology or a basic farewell, making us feel rather unwelcome. While rules are crucial, how they are communicated and the overall customer experience matters significantly. I hope future interactions are more positive for other customers. I don't recommend going to this store. There are plenty of The UPS Store out there!"

"Very professional and nice staff! I visited them to make an amazon return and they made the process super simple, easy and fast. Alejandro was very kind and supportive helping me to pack the shipment and managing the return. It will be my main point of orders return from now!"

"Mike, Jesus, and team are exceptional at what they do and are always kind, courteous, and professional when I come in to drop off, ship, or pick up my packages, I have shipped hundreds of packages with them over the years and never once had a problem with them. I also have a mailbox open at this location, whenever packages come in, I get the notification within 10 minutes after the package gets delivered. When it comes to notary or printing services, this UPS location is also my go to. They sometimes do get a bit busy as previous reviews have stated, but that is because many customers have heaps of Amazon items to return, but in no way is that the employees fault, customers should come prepared with what they need to return so it doesn't hold up the line. Love this UPS store, close to home and opens early and closes late."

"I am deeply dissatisfied. The notary public was not present (don’t understand why) so I asked where the nearest UPS store was. And another person whom I was not speaking-to replied from behind that I would have to find that out for myself, that I should call. I said she was being very helpful, obviously as a sign of dissatisfaction, to which she replied “you are welcome” in a defiant tone. The exchange that followed was equally unpleasant. She turned out to be the supervisor in charge, no less, on today’s shift at 12:45 -and she refused to give me her name. I will file a complaint with UPS, even if I must describe her so they know who she is. If you check out other reviews, she is in fact described! Looks like its easy to obtain a supervisory position here. If you want to be treated dismissively and disrespectfully, come to this store on the Saturday noon shift! Additional note on the store response: You are not stating the facts correctly. And you are missing the point. I only asked to be informed where the nearest UPS store was and I was mistreated. Simple. All your replies to similar reviews (there are several) put the blame on the customer, and they are unprofessional and unkind. I now see why this happened and why it will happen again."
