"I came to ask the price for sending two suitcases. The specialist did not answer confidently, and the manager intervened. She behaved quite rudely and interfered with the specialist’s work. I was told that if I ship 2 suitcases with a maximum weight of 50 lbs I pay the same regardless of the weight. I don't believe this is true because sending an empty suitcase cannot cost the same as sending a full suitcase. And even though the website indicated information that UPS was sending suitcases, at first they told me that I needed to put them in boxes. And the price that the specialist said for 2 suitcases, the manager doubled. There is no reason to trust, since everything was presented in a rather unpleasant tone. I left the department with unpleasant feelings, having received no information. I can't get through to the support line to check the prices. Next day I sent suitcases after speaking with corporate office but in the store they asked only about insurance in order to increase the price and didn't ask if I have account to decrease the price. I feel cheated because with an account it would be cheaper, and I paid $263! And nobody told me that, even though I asked what the cheapest way was."
