"I arrived at 6 pm and asked to notarize an emergency paper and the person there told me that the notary had already left, the next day I went and the same person who had told me that guess what, he was the notary by name Kasious Gutierrez made me go twice because the day before he did not want to work, this person should not be working here, very bad experience"

"Perfect place good attention and services, very quick for make you target. I got always for return my items. Printer something or send any packages. Inside they are store with tools and accessories for assembly your box. All very clear and very fine"

"This is not my UPS store by choice but today this is the one I visited. I have to admit the staff is courteous and helpful. I was surprised how they take their time with each customer and even if your package isn’t ready to ship they will help you to ensure your packages are properly taped before sending them off. I won’t say specific there is another store I visit that will not tape your box if you arrive with a box un taped. Coincidentally the few times I have been to this location Bryan has helped me. He is efficient and expedite your time there as quickly as he can. His customer skills are on point. Not everyone has the people skills to deal with customers. My only complaint aside from the long wait was the music playing which while I waited for my turn was driving me crazy. The music selection should be inviting. It should be background noise not so loud that causes everyone to raise their voice. The long line that is literally out the door to the end of the shopping center. Something needs to be done about this. We live in Miami and on a rainy day this would not be ideal to stand waiting to be allowed on the store. Perhaps that means putting another scanner or two where additional employees can assist. Speaking to management if you were the customer would you wait in line or drive to the next nearest UPS store where there is never a line or wait? The picture below was taken as I exited the store at 4:45 PM which means it is worst once everyone is out from their 9 to 5 job."

"I recently had a wonderful experience at this UPS store location, it’s usually not the one I go to but I was in the area and needed a document notarized. I was attending by an extremely professional employee in this store by the name of Jarriel whom assisted me in the most welcoming matter, he was quick and efficient and knew exactly what he was doing; I also noticed how the rest of the employees were very attentive in helping out customers in the line with they’re shipments/returns. I highly recommend this UPS store location for anyone seeking great customer service and a friendly staff work environment."
