"You will not find a better UPS store, expertly managed by Stevens. All employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. In particular Matthew, who is outstanding in all of his responsibilities. I have been coming here for years and thankful they are in Boynton Beach. Stevens is always available for assistance as well."

"I get it. You guys have long lines and alot of customers. However. Ericka threw me out of the store because she was frustrated because I asked a question about payment and a label. It was easy for her to tell me to leave and try to humiliate me , because she is a bully ,she has no customer service skills ,and is a downright bigot. I’m disappointed and disgusted. Never again !!!!!!!"

"❗MUST READ ... January 2024 ... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ... these are hard to find ... AND SO WORTH the search ... a great teacher, a great friend, a great mentor, etc ... and also really outstanding Customer Service ... JAYNEL ... is the gentleman who helped me out at 9:30 am ... with 10 individual returns I made using "bar-codes" pulled up on my cell-phone ... this young man made sure i understood there was no rush as he wanted to guarantee i was taken care of and the returns were accurately labeled per each individual item. ... as additional customers came in ... he assisted in routing them to his other colleagues as space became available ... this UPS Store ... is really a great place to conduct all my postal transactions ... the Team works well together - the Customer Service is Outstanding - and their full suite of services and hours are both very convenient ...❗"

"What’s the Point of prepaid drop off, if I have to wait in line?? I came in and asked the lady working at the front, nicely if I can just drop off my prepaid package (like I have many times before at this exact location) she said no rudely, “you have to wait in line” okay fine I’ll wait in line. I’m waiting like 10mins, the line starts getting bigger, and she THEN announces to everyone “if you have any prepaid/Amazon packages, you can go outside and they will do it outside for you”. So she made me wait in line for what? She could’ve told me that when I ASKED NICELY THE FIRST TIME!?!? I confronted her about it and she said “I don’t have to tell you anything” and wanted to argue like what she did was valid. Smh never ever have I had an issue with any here besides her."

"Horrible customer service! I’ll never use this place and they wouldn’t care anyway! The man working at 2:00pm on 10/14 needs some training. Go to Hypoluxo UPS store. Worth the 2 extra minute drive. In and out, no worries."
