"Don’t use this location to ship internationally- I mailed a box to Taiwan and it cost me $311+ to ship. Today, UPS deemed my package lost and they’re going to send me a refund check for ONE dollar!! Only 1$!!! So now I’m out $400+. This store is fine to use for things like Amazon returns but that’s about it."

"Upon arrival guy shouted something like…. Amazaon return against the wall! What a way to greet customers. Do yourself a favor, find another store."

"Don’t stop at this UPS location for anything! They wanted to charge me $3 to put tape on my box to seal it up and when I refused to pay for a piece of tape they then refused to give me the ups label they printed for the return. Every time I go in this store they come up with some ridiculous rule and/or charge. Go down the street to the location off Northlake blvd that has kind, friendly employees who actually care abut helping customers."

"Went to this location today to return some Amazon items (no box or label required) although I did have each item boxed. An unfriendly associate at the front said I must purchase boxes for the boxes to go into and it's required by UPS. I left with my items and quickly returned them at a different ups location without any issues or extra box purchases required. It's clear what this location is doing. I feel bad for the people who fall for it. I will be filing an official complaint with Amazon and ups corporate office. What they are doing to people is wrong and against Amazon policy."

"One star is tooo much for this store I had the horrible experience ever.. the rudest employee that I have ever met.. he wanted to charge me 3 dollars to tape the box of Amazon return. He left me and refused to scan the items I have and went to other customer and told me I’m not going to take you. And said that he is free to choose who to work with and didn’t do the job for me and insulted me even with the other old lady customer .. he is incompetent and management is extremely rude. I’ll make a complain for what happened today and even if I’m going to make a police report for what happened today with that ups guy.. that’s such a shame for ups.. his name is louis"
