"The employees at this store have really gone down hill. The worst of all, the tall red head "boy" who has a terrible personality and always makes you feel as if you're bothering him. Very unpleasant and has an poor attitude. If there was another UPS store around, I would go elsewhere."

"Used UPS exclusively for many years, without any problems. People were always helpful with excellent service. What happened? It all came to an end when a recent package mailed to another address within Florida made a trip to Kentucky and no one accepts responsibility. It was sent ground, but they managed to overnight to Kentucky by air. Maybe they can send it back by air? I get no help from any numbers given. Only, "sometimes this happens"...It was a birthday gift with baked goods that will be a mess if they arrive in the 8 day estimated time by ground now from Kentucky. I paid for ground within Florida, not Kentucky! No compensation. Gave me another # to call and they send me back to local Hobe Sound #. Very disappointed. Maybe all the helpful people are on vacation?"
