Which you can never find or get to help you when you do. They have a great selection of the items most needed. I love their fastener section because I'm alway needing something from that section. That has been my experience with everything I've picked up from Family Hardware. They employees are very nice and helpful, but I'm a contractor and if I buy from this place more frequently it's going to hurt my bottom line."
