"I came to the Oviedo location to send a box to Venezuela. I sent the box at the end of December, It’s now the end of March and the box has not arrived. I tried calling many times and I get no one on the phone. I left multiple messages (I’m Spanish and English) and no one has called me back to provide information about my package. I called another store and they said they do not share systems because all goin postal stores are franchises. I do not recommend you trust them with your valuable packages. You are better off driving to another location or using another service."

"Excellent! Fast, friendly, and kind customer service. If I’m in a hurry and I need to leave a package without any problem this is where I go. You get there and leave immediately. They are well located as well. I highly recommend them!"

"Stopped by to send item in priority envelope within the US. I labeled manilla envelope and wanted a faster delivery than 1 week. The worker transcribed the wrong numeric house number in her computer for a priority envelope.. Item was undeliverable. Recipient also unable to pick up item a post office as they (the post office in recipients area) was unable to locate it. Item eventually was sent back to me, the shipper, after a couple of weeks. Multiple phone calls placed to Goin Postal where I left voice mail (with never an answer) or someone answered the phone and hung up. Very Unprofessional all around. EDIT to add.. I did not get the email summary/transaction number until the next am 7:55 am.. so was not aware that one of the numbers was transcribe wrong by the worker. And now, looking at other reviews, this has happened numerous times before, seemingly by the same female worker."
