"Don’t go there. I have never spent 25 minutes waiting at a UPS store before in my life .The line went outside the store. Some people were arriving , then turning their backs and leaving. I should have done that . The employees looked overworked. Of course they weren’t the friendliest, but I don’t blame them. I moved to the area recently. I won’t ever comeback"

"As always, this store is phenomenal and Rocio was so nice and accommodating, truly a kind and patient individual and to top it off her coworkers provided a friendly and inviting space. The location could get packed at times but that’s none of their fault and truly work through it like pros and to their credit, they are quick and efficient. I will be sad if I ever have to move away as it’s truly the best ups store around, keep up the great work guys"

"Horrible service. Worst UPS store I have ever been to. I took an Amazon return and the return has not reached its destination yet. It's been well over a week. Destination was Kentucky so it should had been there by now. Wondering if he put the wrong return label on the box. Go to the UPS store at Flagler and 83rd Ave. Better service and my returns always made it to their destination right away."
