"If I could leave 0 (zero stars I would). If they want to waste your time waiting for your document. This person never calls you back. I contacted her on a Friday at around 10 in the morning. I wonder (he wasn't that nice either, to be honest) -the question was regarding the document I needed. He told me give me 2 hours and he called you back at 12 noon) -That call never came to my cell phone. I chose to give it time. The weekend was over and I didn't insist. I took it, maybe on Monday the person contacted me. He didn't do it either! Until I called him again, and with the excuse that he had called me, but apparently he had the wrong number. He told me again that he would call me back in a while. Until he rejected my calls (he forwarded them to me) It made me waste my time. Unprofessional and zero common sense on how to provide your "services". I imagined that this is how ugly this person works."
