Shipping label was emailed by the company and it specifically mentioned that I could get it printed for free at the ups store if I just show the label & QR code. The staff in this store are rude, arrogant, and unprofessional; particularly one employee above others. The store's is also more expensive than the local competition for no communicated reason. When we inquired why they charge $3+ to print a single piece of paper, they rudely responded unapologetically - "this is the way it is, and you can go elsewhere if you don't like it.""
