She was very patient and kind and did all the work for me. I really appreciate how Angel stepped up to help me. She is a great asset to UPS due to her charming personality and professionalism. I give Angel an A+++++++++++ for her help today. She was great!!"

"I went to the UPS STORE at 950 Blanding Blvd Orange Park, FL, to drop off an Amazon return. There were two workers and one team leader at the counters. No one said anything to me. I walked to the last person, who happened to be a team leader. She didn't say hello or anything. I told her this package was an Amazon return. She scanned the return code on my phone and gave me a receipt. I handed the package to her. She didn't say one word during the entire transaction and no smile. Horrible customer service. Avoid this store. Go to Fleming Island, where they are friendly. She should not be in that position! I guess a positive is she didn't make small talk or try to sell me something. I'm very disappointed in UPS!"

"Do NOT get your photos done here. The young girls do not know the rules of passports, and don’t really care when I asked about it. They took pictures with no flash or lighting, so the shadows were terrible. They didn’t know that ears had to be showing, and they refused to try again because “We close in 10 minutes. Maybe if you come back tomorrow we can TRY.” Save your time and money. Go anywhere else."
