"DO NOT RENT SPACE HERE. Paid for a spot for almost 3 years. My property was stolen on a Thursday. They never called me to tell me my stuff was stolen. I had to go in and check on my belongings for the “manager” to say “we have been meaning to call you” she then proceeds to lie to me about seeing my belongings the day before when in fact they were stolen 2 days prior. When the police arrived to check the security footage, the “manager” sat on her phone and refused to help. Me and the officers believe this was an inside job.. they are still investigating that. Corporate refused to help also. Will not give me any sort of refund for them losing my items costing several thousands of dollars. You have been warned. Avoid this place at all costs."
