"Very disappointing experience, I walked in to return a package and immediately the person on the front desk recommended that I should use the automated system to return the package. After she saw that I was struggling for quite some time she decided to help me. In the meantime, I observed several people walk in and going straight to the other Front desk employee. They had Amazon return packages and The other employee assisted them without recommending the l self service desk. So, people that walked in after me, got faster service than I did. Moreover, when the front desk employee finally started helping me, another person walked in and asked for stamps, so she stopped helping me and she she assisted the other person first. I could not believe it!!! I feel that I was not treated fairly and with respect. Without a doubt things could be handled more professionally. After this experience I would not recommend this place to anybody."

Raven was very helpful in answering my questions. The people at this store are far more helpful then the automated UPS corporate website, or trying to get a corporate UPS customer service agent, when you have an issue. "I have been a client to this store for the past 6 or so years and the owner has always been super pleasant as well as the staff. Specifically Raven! I was in the store today as I am every other day dropping off returns and shipments for my small business and I overheard one of the customers stating how she always has such a great experience when Raven waits on her as she is always pleasant, professional and in a good mood. I immediately agreed with this observation and told the lady that I too, have always had the same consistent service from her. Regardless of how busy the store gets (sometimes everyone decides to utilize their services at the same time lol) Raven greets and acknowledges everyone the same way and provides great resolutions to make the visit faster and easier.There have been several employees over the years but Raven (the owner as well, very nice fella!) as long as she has been there has always been a joy to interact with, and I look forward to doing so for many more years to come. If you want to ship out stuff, but supplies, get notary services, fax stuff any office and personal related services pertaining to what they do, always go to this UPS above all other similar businesses, cos believe me I have been to a few and I have not returned as I value being appreciated where I spend my money!
