"I woke up in the morning to take my nephew to school. I realized oh UPS opens at 8:30AM let me go do this return before I enter the workforce like everyone else. I walked into UPS and Allier, in the festive green UPS sweatshirt (that looks super cozy I want one) greeted me with the friendliest smile and “good morning”. He took my online return and packaged it with care. Hence my reason for giving this outstanding rating."

"My personal documents associated with a Visa were lost by this store. The workers were so incredibly rude when I reached out to inform them I discovered (via tracking), that the package never seemingly left the store. The manager had a delayed response to this issue, and thank God I was able to get incredible support from their corporate entity. Go above them (at this store). Corporate will definitely do their due diligence to resolve any issues. I was a customer at this location for years, never again."

"I came at about 10:30 am on a Thursday to return an Amazon package. (Amazon required me to print the label myself so I had a box with a label ready.) I barely had to wait. At this time of day, the store had a steady flow of customers but there was no line. The man who helped me greeted me with a smile, agreed to take care of taping up the package without hesitation, and gave me a tracking slip all within less than 60 seconds. (Maybe even less than 30 seconds.) Great service, thank you! P.S. There is a courtesy box inside the front door where you can deposit outgoing mail for the USPS (post office). I found that very helpful!"
