"The staff is friendly and efficient. Been here a handful of times and there’s nothing these guys don’t have the answer to. Even if it’s not their job. On this one occasion it wasn’t too busy but while dealing with a customer one of the associates picked up the phone and explained to someone their package was in Jacksonville not this location (coral way and 27 ave) politely clearly not skipping a beat in the other task he was doing. Light skin black guy medium built. Latin dude with shaggy hair helped me return an Amazon purchase, found me a proper box and I can finally get rid of a cumbersome item that’s been sitting in my car x 2 weeks. Give these guys a raise"
