On this one occasion it wasn’t too busy but while dealing with a customer one of the associates picked up the phone and explained to someone their package was in Jacksonville not this location (coral way and 27 ave) politely clearly not skipping a beat in the other task he was doing. Light skin black guy medium built. Latin dude with shaggy hair helped me return an Amazon purchase, found me a proper box and I can finally get rid of a cumbersome item that’s been sitting in my car x 2 weeks.
