"This location is a joke! Everything was great when I made the reservation for my unit. 4 days before my move-in, I received an email saying my account was closed. I immediately panicked because I was moving and depended on having this unit. I emailed right away and called the following morning. I was told via phone I would receive a phone call back and resolution that same day. By the afternoon, I heard no response so I called again. I was told yet again everything would be fixed by the end of the day. No response, no return call, no return email. I called yet AGAIN the following day, was told again I would receive a response and follow up call by the end of the day. AGAIN nothing. I had to call as at this point I was supposed to be getting into my unit the following day. Anyone in a position to have to move and depend on storing their items is already stressed enough let alone have to run around and chase down someone to fix a mistake on the companies end. I finally get the girl in charge of reversing the closure of my account who gave nothing but excuses. “I was busy and getting to you, I got your voicemail after hours, etc” instead of apologizing and hearing my concerns she chose to continue to talk over me and defend herself. Absolutely rude. I called to file a complaint and received a $25 credit. What a joke. If you are looking for reliable storage, look elsewhere! There’s reasons they have deals and are affordable- because their service is terrible."
