"This store has a sign indicating they open from 8:30 to 7 pm. It is 8:48 am and they haven’t opened. Another customer next to me indicates this happens every day. This is unacceptable and unprofessional."

"I usually don't write reviews, but I feel someone really needs to look into this. When I visited this store was to drop off an amazon package for a return there was this employee with long curly hair tied on a ponytail that looked like he didn't have his uniform right because everyone else had their jacket closed and his was just open. Right before he helped me, he was helping an old lady, after her transaction was over she took 4 to 5 seconds to fix her purse and he kept repeating "ok thank you" in a sarcastic tone kind of like saying ok bye get out of my face. When he was helping me, I had my shipping label on my phone, I asked for an email to send it so he can print it but he took a picture instead and printed that, which later I learnt it made the bar code unreadable... I then asked him about the extra paper amazon asks you to put inside the package in case the package's shipping label goes missing or something happens to it and he without hesitation was like "oh, you don't need that". Now, after several days after the ETA, my package is missing, and amazon can't process my refund which is close to $1000... so yeah, great service, thanks."

He definitely knows what he is doing. I have seen multiple times when people in front of me get frustrated and get upset because they are missing certain info to ship, but Eduardo always keeps his cool! & tries to explain the reasoning behind it.
