"Recently and first time using Rent All City St. Petersburg. We hosted a huge family event in our backyard and right from our initial meeting with John and Bev at their office, we knew they were going to be a professional company and deliver as expected. They did not fail us ! Firstly, a hurricane in November ??!! Yep, it was coming so - they worked with us so nicely and set up the 60 x 40 tent and tables and chairs early so as to accommodate the weather situation. When the rain and more rain bucketed down the day before our event , they sent people right out to secure the tent more from the storm. Such great service each time I called prior to our event, to add or change something on our initial order. Helpful suggestions when I had questions about sizes of things to order and whether or not something would be needed for our event. Their set up and tear down crews , also - very professional, courteous and worked graciously with us as we showed them how we planned to lay out the event. The equipment we rented (which was everything!) ; from chafing dishes and food warmer to garden lamps, lattice arches and tent lighting, was beautiful and all worked without a hitch. This is truly a 'one stop shop' for all your event needs, and we will certainly use them again for future ! We highly recommend them. 5 stars !"
