"Stopped in hoping to return an item I purchased one day prior. The woman who helped me was nasty, Sarahp. She proceeded to tell me they don't do returns when the store policy clearly states they do She was extremely rude and seemed to take pleasure in denying my return. Obviously she is a very sick and unhappy individual. Definitely a "Karen". She wouldn't have acted that way in front of manager. I will never spend another dime in that store. Frequent customer lost."
