"Avoid at all costs. We bought 4 semi-rare/expensive bottles of wine ($360 total) . When it came, the wine was completely sour, and the corks rotten through. I worked with their customer service for over a year of them saying they will handle it, and then not following up. Eventually after 1.5+ years I asked for a refund back, and they gave me 50% back. Basically spent $150 for 4 sour bottles of wine."

"Good store to buy in person. but, if you order online, it is not reliable. The tracking systems doenst exist in the website. The Weship tracking number never works. The website states that the package will be delivered in 3-5 days usually, but after this time you dont even have a working tracking number. If you need more information, it is even worst. Nobody answers the phone, nobody calls back when you leave messages. Dont provide the option to cancel your order is a problem as well. If you dont ship in the time promised, I need to be able to cancel my order. Deliver what you promise, then I will pay for it."
