"Rude clerk who charged $3.99 for one piece of tape told me “maybe you’ll read the directions next time”, when there were no instructions indicating that the box had to be taped. The rude attitude and his obnoxious demeanor was the main issue. I told him that I didn’t have time because I was on my way to an appointment that I was running late for…..he’s the older man that works there….the young men are courteous and helpful! It would have been an easy to tape the box. Where’s there customer service???. I believe he was the owner or manager which makes it all the worse!! By the way he told me that the cost was $3.99, not $3.00."

"When you visit this site, Look for the younger gentleman to assist you. The older man with glasses was unprofessional. I told him in the beginning that it’s my first time getting something notarized and he expected me to know all the procedures. I have to send a stack of important paperwork and every page have my signature on it. He saw the stack and he made me resigned the papers because I have to do it in front of him. But I already did them all in advance because it’s a big stack of papers. I’m paying for his service but he wasn’t professional at all."
