"“DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION”, I need mail a document letter to oversea, the guy said DHL is the faster way, 5 days, but it take 13 days. Price, I mail same letter two month ago with FedEx only $ 45, but he charged me $ 86, just because this location was closer to my home. Totally over priced, the guy behind the counter has very bad attitude. Never go there again!!!"

"Dropped off package was told to just leave it on the floor. I asked for a receipt and was told no we don’t do that. So I said I would take it elsewhere and then the woman behind the counter scanned the package and gave me a receipt as proof of drop off. I explained to her that I have had packages stolen or misplaced before and when I called the merchant they asked for proof of drop off and I did not have a receipt and was advised that I would still be responsible for the cost of the item and in future returns be sure to get a receipt because packages get stolen all the time. Hard lesson learned. I will not come back to this location, poor customer service and a disrespectful attitude. Ps dropped off my package on 11/24/23 no record of it from USPS being picked up per tracking number. I will update post when it is picked up and returned."

"Although the Sandpiper location is convenient, the owner is extremely rude and condescending! You are an inconvenience and they refuse to print you a receipt because they are lazy. They don’t comprehend that a receipt is needed as proof that your package arrived to its destination! They just argue with you! Staples accepts Amazon returns, Walgreens accepts pre-paid Fed Ex packages and CVS and Michael’s takes prepaid UPS returns. All of these retailers are conveniently located and they do it with a smile and a “Thank You”! If I could rate them a ZERO I would! These people DO NOT deserve your business! Global Mail And Ship is 4.5 miles from Fiddlers. They take Fed Ex, UPS, DHL and USPS. They are awesome and extremely happy for business."

"Their prices are way out of line, many multiples more than UPS or USPS though it's the same service, but they make up for it by being rude. Terrible place!"

"Never use this Pak Mail they have terrible and unreliable service. The young man at the counter was busy with another customer and told those of us in line to set our pre-paid shipments on the scale and he would take care of them. Turns out he never scanned the Fed Ex envelope and my paperwork never made it to its destination. I have used other Pak Mail locations in the past with good service - this location should have its franchise revoked. It leaves me wondering what they did with my envelope. I wish I had seen the other reviews prior to dropping my package off - they have a very bad track record."
