"Will NOT fix their issues they caused on your tax returns nor honor their audit protection. Cons fully down to the core. Will also add extra forms on the clients returns after they signed so they can pocket the extra money. Absolute waste of time going here, left me with over 10k owed to the irs when they did my taxes. Unbelieveably bad business."

"Worst experience ever. This company was recommended to me by a friend. I wasn't happy with the results i got from Turbo Tax so i had Tatiana from Tax Experts prepare my return for me. I made the mistake of not reviewing my return before she submitted it. A couple weeks later i received a letter in the mail from the IRS asking for proof of "business expenses" listed in my return. When i asked Tatiana about this, she told me that i instructed her to do so (which can NOT be true- i don't own a business.) Needless to say i was NOT happy with this, and told Tatiana i would amend my return myself. I also asked for a refund of what i paid and never received a reply. Completely unprofessional. Will never use again."
