Personally, I have a difficult time giving up control, but they make me feel at ease turning over what I need to ship and allowing them to pack the items and ship them off. The packages have always arrived when I was told they would and in good condition. My son even mentioned how well the huge box I had them ship containing my grandsons Christmas gifts was packed. He was impressed! All shipping no matter who you use is costly, however Shipmates is well worth it in my experience."
