"I have had a PO Box here for years, and I ship most everything from this UPS store. They really are pretty great. maybe not perfect or the best but I’ve been to the other UPS stores around Naples and these guys are really good. I had to go to the UPS store further north on 41 in the pelican bay area by the publics and those guys are horrible! Rude and unfriendly, so definitely use this UPS store over that one!"

"Received notice that I had a package ready for pickup from UPS at 2614 Tamiami Trail N, Naples, FL. Went to store to pick up and was stunned by the condition of the store. Boxes everywhere, security gate half closed so you have to squat to get in to see someone at counter and generally a mess. When I got to speak to clerk, she told me driver didn't deliver to store yesterday, even though UPS sent an email saying it was ready to pick up, and that I should wait a few days before coming back. Lousy service in total from UPS, and the store reflects the same image."

"DO NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM UPS After my mother died my father put their Naples, Florida apartment on the market. I wanted something to remember her by and asked him to ship me a ceramic poodle that had been sitting on the coffee table for over thirty years. He went to this UPS Store and had them both pack and ship it to my home in Southern California. He opted for the $100 insurance which is included with the shipment price. When I found it on my doorstep, it was obviously broken because I could hear pieces rattling around and the box was crushed. I sent the store pictures of the crushed box and the broken dog. When my mother bought the piece originally she had to have it repaired but it has remained intact during the entire time we had it. The UPS Store #2569 would not honor the claim because the piece had been previously repaired. They could tell that because they took pictures of it intact before they wrapped it. They DID NOT tell my father that the insurance wouldn't be honored. All the photos can be seen on the store's Yelp photo stream. They have stalled the claim saying they asked for additional information which we did not receive. As you can well imagine, this is causing me a great deal of pain. Every time I have to contact them about it, I have to think about them destroying acherished family memento. I would not recommend using UPS but especially this store. Horrible experience. Their "safe arrival" guarantee is false advertising."
