"In July of this year I took several art pieces to this UPS Store. I had a few packaged in tubes but others needed packing in boxes because they were framed with glass. Marisol helped me while the others in the store added tape to all of my tubes without me asking!!! Everything arrived perfectly!!! I was so impressed that I revisited the store this week to get her name so that I could personally thank her and leave her a review!!!!!! A huge ASSET to this UPS Store!!!!!!"

"The staff at this UPS location has always been helpful and responsive. I see them work hard all day everyday taking care of their customers and every time I stop by to either mail a package or drop off an Amazon package they are always helpful. I love the fact that this location has the self serve kiosk for Amazon drop offs which helps tremendously with time management. Thank you all for always offering and helping me. Terry"

"It has been numerous times when I've had to visit this UPS location in the afternoon/evening hours. Unfortunately I've had to patiently wait in line for at least 30 to 45 min due to lack of employees. In the 3 instances I've frequented this location, I've only seen a single girl behind the counter answering phones, taking in packages, answering everyone's questions, ect.ect.ect. While she has a line of three to four unhappy and embittered costumers, she still has a smile on her face and apologizes as soon as one steps to counter. I can definitely understand we as a nation are short staffed, but as business owner; I can tell you that the management/owner is lacking on leaving just one person to successfully operate this location. The manager/owner should succor his or her employees during these employee shortage we are encountering in our nation."
