Reviews of The Better Choice Mail Pack and Ship
"Trying to talk to someone about notary services, but It's all automated. Kind of sucks you can't speak to a live person. Will call someone else."
"My experience with this place has been nothing short of a nightmare. Beware of this establishment, as the owner and staff have displayed a complete lack of professionalism and competence in fulfilling their duties. I utilized iPostal1's services for several months to manage mail for my LLC, and it has been a consistently frustrating and disappointing experience. On numerous occasions, I made the effort to visit their physical location during my lunch breaks to pick up my mail, only to find the door locked and absolutely no one available to assist me. It's not just a one-time occurrence; this happened more than six times. It's utterly frustrating to carve time out of your busy schedule, only to be met with locked doors and complete negligence. What's even more infuriating is that there were times when I patiently waited, and to my astonishment, I could see staff members preoccupied with their children in the back. It's blatantly obvious that these children were taking precedence over paying customers. This level of unprofessionalism is inexcusable. My breaking point came when I received an email from iPostal1, notifying me that I would be charged for mail that I hadn't picked up. I had, in fact, picked up the mail, but the staff failed to document it properly. It's clear that their attention to detail and their commitment to their customers are severely lacking. When I reached out to express my concerns and dissatisfaction with the service, I received nothing but nasty, unprofessional responses from the person who identified herself as the owner of iPostal1. To clarify, I did some research and discovered that the owner is actually located in another state. This raises concerns about the authenticity and integrity of this location's association with the iPostal1 brand. I've retained all the rude emails I received and reported them to iPostal1 to shed light on how this particular location treats its paying customers. The individual handling their correspondence urgently needs to improve their customer service skills, particularly when dealing with clients who pay for the services they are linked with. In conclusion, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this location to anyone with important and professional business matters. It has been a frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing experience from start to finish. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau to formally file a complaint and hopefully prevent others from enduring such a dreadful ordeal."
"You would be hard pressed to find a nicer, friendlier, more competent person than Bri. She will go out of her way to make your experience the best it can possibly be but should there be an issue, she will stop at nothing to resolve it. There is none better. Thank you, Bri!"
"We have endured an absolute disaster of a day as we made a reservation with U-Haul for a truck at 9:30 in the morning, it is now 6 PM, but lovely kind Bri took the initiative and gave us a call back immediately when another customer returned the truck. Thank you so much! It’s been a hell of a day. We really appreciate you getting back to us Bri!"
"If You're Going To Buy Boxes At This Store Keep In Mind That They Don't Do Returns And That There Boxes Are Double The price. A BOX 18X18X24 IS 2.35 at U-HAUL. A BOX 18X18X24 IS 4.99 at The Better Choice Mail Pack and Ship. I went to buy some boxes at The Better Choice Mail Pack and Ship at 3469 Boynton Beach Blvd Suite 2, Boynton Beach, FL 33436, as this is a distributor of U-Haul. I made a mistake with the size, so I went to the Boynton Beach U-haul store. They couldn't return it because the boxes were sold to me at double the price, I got it for 5 dollars per box, and at U-Haul, it costs $2.35, so U-haul sent me back to The Better Choice Mail Pack and Ship and they told me they don't do returns. The lady said that they are an independent store and she doesn't do returns. Edit: This is an update after the response from the owner. To start off, as you know a term such as figurative language exists. When I refer to robbed, I refer to the idea of feeling that I didn't get what I deserved in the value of the boxes. I did tell you I got the wrong boxes and asked your for a return since I called you and you said you did not have the size I wanted. In terms of price gouging, I say this, because I went directly to a U-Haul dealer and that is what I was told when explaining the price of the boxes. It is correct, the boxes are "the supply boxes are not a limited commodity within the supply chain at the moment:They are readily available at a plethora of locations for you to purchase." I will be sure to keep this in mind for the next time I purchase these boxes. There are many other locations to get them, thus meaning I don't have to go specifically to this location as the statement above mentioned. In terms of the boxes of the wrong size, it was mentioned that we purchased the boxes of the wrong size. There was no mention of an exchange being possible, only mention of a return not being possible. If this option had been brought up. It definitely would have been used. My review is in no way trying to hurt your small business, as I understand what small business have to go through, especially during this time. Reviews exist not to hurt, but rather to help. Think of it as a way of feedback, as anything can use improvement, because nothing is ever perfect. Again, this review is not to hurt, but rather to help this location. Thank you very much for you prone response. PS: Excuse my English. PS: It would help to let costumers know that you don't do returns."
