"Let me start off by saying this is the first terrible review I have ever given. As a first time homebuyer, this title company has made our buying experience a nightmare. Truly the worst experience. Our closing date was constantly postponed due to their lack of attention on a variety of matters. We finally closed on August 2nd, and to this day our deed has yet to be recorded. The response given to me was “we send so many deeds it takes a long time for them to be recorded”. I have confirmed with the property appraisers office that this length of time is highly unusual. I have paid for the title company to record the deed, and even this hasn’t been done. Buyers and sellers beware and take your business elsewhere."
