"Donna Vaughan, this lady needs to be stopped and investigated for mistreatment and racism of her clients. She is a very arrogant lady who believes she has the right to yell and mistreat her clients. This lady should be undergoing treatment for her anger because she has a bad attitude. And much more so when they are a person of another race that is not hers, if you do not want to be mistreated and humiliated, do not go to that place and your husband Neil is kinder but still allows her to have that behavior, being just like her."

"If I could give zero starts I would reserved a u haul for two days only honored one day harassing me and my family to return the truck before my time because they took another reservation ! And then they are not very friendly or have good service they seemed stressed and probably need to retire .....just say no stars here DONT RESERVE UHAUL THERE!! ...oh and they will have U-Haul call non stop as well which also has bad service mean lady just yells at you over the phone majorly bad service!!!!! "Obnoxious, let me spell that for you - Neil and Donna. Rude and dishonest. Wasted my time trying to rent a U-Haul from these clowns. Apparently if Donna doesn't like your tone she changes her mind and cancels your order. This store does a number of things, not just U-Haul. U-Haul should think twice about allowing this couple to damage their image. Watched Neil offending a young Middle Eastern looking man when I walked in. The young man couldn't understand him or his instructions. I should have seen this as an omen. And the positive reviews that the "crabby old man", (as others described him) claimed, appear to belong to the previous owners who everybody liked. I saw the names Peter and David mentioned quite a few times. Everything the old couple said was a scam. When I started reading their endless bad reviews to these two, they lied about their overall rating. With the new owners mixed in, it's impossible to tell what their actual rating is, but if I had to guess, I'd say it's probably a NEGATIVE 5. I want the video from the store's security camera for yesterday because you'll never get the truth out of those two. And why is this store named Neighborhood Shipping Store? That's the small print. The big sign at the top says Pack and Ship. If you look down behind the bush there's just the top of a little U-Haul sign. Looks like these folks don't want their reviews to be found in Google maps. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews before you make the same mistake I did."

"I used to always go to this print store under the prior owner. He was friendly and I could even email them print jobs and they were ready and timely. Well, under the new owner, I call and I’m immediately placed on hold. Then, I obtain the email to send a print job which they did, yet Donna who answered the phone says they will not do that in the future. I’ve advised in the future that I will not be using them for print jobs. Seemed as though Ms. Donna had a little attitude with me on the phone with me anyways. Please don’t give me attitude right off back when you’ve never even conducted business with me. If I’ve been using their service under the prior owner, but now already bad service under the new owner, I’d rather conduct my business elsewhere."
