"Great selection, great prices, great app. I was a little worried that the store was a bit busy, the line was a little long and I couldn't find the item the website said was in stock. The manager came out, helped up front, answered questions, knew exactly what I was looking for, knew they had just come in and wheeled one up from the back in minutes. Check out was fast and efficient. They offered an extended warranty and pointed out that the product came with a 90 day warranty. No hard sell, just helpful information. The store is big, clean, nicely arranged and easy to shop and browse. Highly recommended!"

"Harbor Freight sends coupons saying 25% off any one single item. Then in small print it says excluding, then lists pretty much anything actually worth purchasing. Makes absolutely no sense to say any one single item then exclude so many items. Makes deciphering what you can actually buy confusing and creates a much less desire to even attempt using the coupon ot dealing with this company at all."
