I had some sentimental items being shipped to a different state and had someone else drop them off and Amanda packaged everything for me, took all of my information and shipped them to me and was so kind during the process!!!! Thank you sooo much!!! Amanda is 100% a 5 star staff member!!!"

"Just left this store, 8am, the associate was rudest ever encountered there. Tone of voice awful, entire transaction terrible. Told her I have AAA, abruptly told me to remind her. 30 seconds later, asked if she gave me AAA. Again abruptly, told me I should've reminded her. She definitely started day off with attitude."

"Two years ago I commissioned a miniature dollhouse as a legacy item for my grandchildren. The item was constructed in Port Charlotte - and was completed last month. The builder recommended the UPS store on Peachland for procurement and shipping. My experience with that store (and its manager Amanda) was no less than amazing! Amanda was in constant communication with me about shipping options (we decided on a crate), costs and timing. She also called several times to identify the carrier and provide tracking information and disassembly instructions. The crate arrived in only three days and fully insulated the house - which arrived in perfect condition! I would trust this store (and Amanda) with any out-sized or unique item - and I did!"

"Avoid doing business with the owner. I will take my business elsewhere after dealing with her. There is a closer UPS ship location but I preferred this one because of the great customer service - until I ran into her. The store was empty but she refused to help me figure out which Amazon return code went with which box. Her employees always do this with a smile. She was a grump and made me feel unwanted. So I'm gone."
