"Manny gave me a terrible experience here. I have been a long term customer here and would come here weekly. Last week I bought a vape and I got to use it one day before the juice started leaking out. I was basically drinking it. Another associate told me we could get it replaced and to my surprise when I came in Manny basically told me too bad it’s been past 2 days to return. Policy or not that’s wrong. I was sold a defective product FOR $50 and then told too bad when I wanted your shop to make it right. I really liked this shop but this has left me with an awful taste in my mouth so I will be going to the smoking clam smoke shop right down the road from now on and will not be coming back to this one ever again. I get policy’s are put into place for a reason but this is equivalent to ordering a tv on Amazon it arrives broken and then Amazon tells you sorry too bad we’re keeping your money and not helping you.
