They didnt try to assist me at all. I walked to the Pack and Ship and the very helpful woman there, helped me log into USPS, join their wifi, and print my slip. If you need to return an amazon package at the post office and forgot to print the label, these nice people are a couple of doors from it, they will print your return label, re pack your item nicely and take it to the post office for you! They only charged for the printing/computer fee."
