They did not ask me if they could take it apart, and when the cost to ship became prohibited, I went to the store to retrieve it. They put it back together incorrectly and was scratched. I had to get a neighbor help me move some parts so that it could be opened and moved. I am very disappointed with the manner in which the chair was handled and returned to me."
