"Worst location and customer service. Dropped a package off Saturday for OVERNIGHT shipping (UPS site says they complete this). It is now Monday 1pm and no package has been delivered yet I was charged about $100 to overnight prescription medicine that has STILL not arrived. I call this store, explain the situation and that I want a refund. I’ve obviously not received this package by the time I needed it. I’m placed on hold for about 15 mins before they hang up. I’ve been dialing to get back in touch with someone so I can received a refund. I’ve called 5X with no answer. Trash."

"$3 to print a shipping label. Why? they explained that it’s 29 cents for printing and along with taxes it adds upto $3 per print. Please offer printer options where customers can pay and print their own labels like FedEx and other UPS location does. Right after, I took the packages to the UPS just a mile away on Northdale, the staff were friendly, printed the label, no issues. Why is UPS inconsistent with their policies?"

"Go to a real UPS drop off location, here they charge for the packaging that UPS provides for free. I tried to send a roll of drawings that could have gone in a UPS tube or bag, this people instead places it in an oversized box and charged $13 for it. If it wasn’t because the client asked us to use UPS and the truck was there, I would have gone elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and go to an official UPS drop off location, this place is not it!"

"Service is NOT provided with a smile. I made a mistake and took an Amazon return to this store, not having noticed it was a USPS label. The stores take post office mail and instead of being friendly and helpful she simply told me to go to the post office to send it. I found a soft envelope in my car and repackaged the contents from the too big box and I walked back to the store (mind you the parking lot is a nightmare) and instead of welcoming me back and gladly taking the package she did it with a sullen face."

"Recently shipped a large package (antique chair), weighed about 25# & maxed out on the girth of 165 in. allowed to go via UPS Ground. Because it was a high value item, and after I read some scary reviews about their packages arriving damaged, etc., I decided to have this location pack it to ensure the delivery goes well. Although they did not have the custom box in store & had to be ordered, the staff went above & beyond...the package was packed/ready to ship the day after I dropped it off. I brought my duct tape to secure it better but that's just me. They did a decent job with the packing although I thought $161 was kind of high. Anyway the shipment arrived in CA as promised and intact. My buyer was happy and that makes me happy. Overall a very good experience dealing with this UPS location. Shout out to CONNOR, he was very patient and courteous and realized how important this shipment was to me. I truly appreciate the effort, Connor & everyone else involved in this transaction. Will definitely be returning to this location for future shipments."
