"Worst title company I’ve ever worked with. I flip houses for a living, this is the first and last time I work with this title company. Renae Allison is straight up rude without even needing to talk to her. I paid the $400 fee they charge and Renae didn’t do her job what so ever. As a title company it’s her job to do the research on the property. She did it in May 2023 for another buyer, as for myself she never did it and closing was in august. This lead me to not be able to connect my utility water. Please do not do any service with this title company. I do NOT recommend. Renae Allison treats you so awful even when being respectful."
