"Updated review: My original review was in 2021 for 3 stars for convenient location but lacked in customer service, also backed by other reviewers. But I’ve been meaning to update it for a while because in the weeks after that review, this location improved immensely. Employees smile, greet you kindly, and the new manager is extremely helpful (I believe his name is Kevin). He quickly helped me with a change of delivery address crisis once from my old address in a completely different city to here in Tampa. Very much appreciated. My dog has also never forgotten that she gets a treat from them every time she goes in there, so she also rates it 10/10"

"The staff is always so polite and helpful! Whether it’s labels that need to be printed or envelopes that don’t fit or extra tape — they’re always happy to help. Best UPS store experience ever. I hope the construction and road blockage did not hurt their business."
