"I love this place...and don't think it smells bad! All employees that work here are pleasant, professional, and efficient. My only critique is that during bust morning times, especially, Mondays, usually there is only one employee working so you have to wait. But worth the wait!"

"Store representative "Ines" is nothing short of outstanding. Even though I live in South Tampa and there is a UPS store close by, I always go to this location because I know the level of service I'll receive there is impeccable."

"I can only give this UPS store location a one star today. I walked in the door to ship a couple boxes, and the smell in the store literally knocked me down. It was so strong. Instant headache!! I thought I had walked in to the candle store. If you are sensitive to smells or have allergies, I recommend that you don’t use this UPS Store."

"$3.50 email fee plus $.99/page to print a shipping label to send something that I’m already paying for is outrageous and poor service. Other locations (e.g. PostNet) are happy to earn my business and don’t charge printing fees for shipping labels or for opening emails. If UPS pays their employees $15/hr, a $3.50 email fee covers enough labor costs for 14 minutes of work, despite that the opening and printing of an email only takes 15 seconds. This fee almost doubled the cost of shipping an item ($5.76) and is why I do not intend to return to this location."

"It's one of those places you take for granted until you need them. My need today is to return my internet wifi equipment to the price gouging company called Spectrum. This is done free of charge through UPS stores. Usually, my needs are limited to copies, which are very reasonable costwise, the occasional package, mailing supplies and my favorite are the unusual, nifty and keen greeting cards. Service is usually great and friendly."
