"DO NOT use this UPS Store! It's a classic case study in what happens when workers are paid by the hour for time worked vs actually getting business done. The staff here will find every conceivable excuse and policy loophole to not have to ship your package or do any other task that they can avoid. And for the record, I drove up the street to the Howard Ave UPS store (highly recommended) and they processed my order and shipped my package in about 10 seconds. Between the horrible in/out and parking situation and the staff attitude at this location it's a miracle they're still in business. I suspect that won't last."
