"Returned many many many packages from amazon and other online retailers around the Tampa area at different UPS stores and I have had no issues with staff..actually many forthcoming helping label the packages and also adding tape where needed. I was given an extra hard time by an employee with bad attitude, claiming he needed to charge me for tape. No problem, plenty of folks take UPS packages these days, will be returning packages elsewhere."

"Worst customer service you can encounter. The staff there is horrible. Not sure on the guy’s name, but based on the other reviews for this store, I suspect it is Brandon. He claimed to be a manager. He was rude from the beginning and completely condescending. Given all the other negative reviews about him that appear to go back for months, I am shocked he still has a job there. It certainly gives the impression that UPS or the franchisee clearly does not care about customer service."

"I have been a mailbox user at this store since I started my practice, which was approximately 10 years ago. I have dealt with several managers in this store and I can honestly say that these managers (Brandon and Victoria) have been nothing but amazing to deal with. They have both been more than over accommodating to my needs as a mailbox user. They great you with a smile and always say hello, and, most importantly, go ABOVE and beyond what is expected of them. What does not get a 5 star is the way the upper management treats them. They have been through hell and back trying to figure out the "new" virtual UPS store. The store no longer became about regulars, it has only been about satisfying the owners/cooperate. These managers deal with a lot of difficult customers but Brandon has done an amazing job trying to accommodate to my small business needs with the demanding cooperate numbers game. Thanks Brandon! Keep up the great work!"
