The UPS Store,

"January 12 2024 I brought in a chewy box which contained 12 crystal "Heisey" glasses that I was sending to the "Heisey" MUSEUM in Ohio. I had wraped the crystal in what little buble wrap I had at home just for transport in the chewy box to UPS. I paid UPS for a proper box and for the glasses to be wrapped properly. I had concerns because the 2 employees didn't seem to know what they were doing. I asked them 3 or 4 times NOT to use the chewy box, that it was strictly to transport the crystal to UPS. The MUSEUM received them 7 of the 12 glsses were shattered. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. Liars..."

"Beware dropping off anything of value at this store. Shipped 3 i-Phone trade-ins in Apple provided boxes. I packed them myself and used extra packing tape to secure. 2 boxes arrived at Apple initially. The least expensive phone was in it's box. The other box was undamaged but was empty. The third box was listed as on the way but in talking to actual UPS customer service (not the actual store) they state it never left the store. Low and behold a few weeks later it arrived at Apple also empty. Of note the receipt I received when dropping off the phones listed the weight of each phone as 0 lbs 0 oz. You can make your own conclusions but I personally will never use this store again. I have made numerous calls to the store trying to speak to a manager or owner with no reply. Perhaps they will reach out here?"

"I will never go to this store again! I had 3 iPhone trade-ins I took to them pre-labeled, packaged, sealed and ready to ship. ONE of the phones arrived at Apple. The other two boxes arrived empty. Obviously someone saw their opportunity, opened the boxes, stole the phones and resealed the boxes. That is $1160 they stole from us. This is the second time this has happened at this store. The first time was a pair of Nike shoes I was returning that never arrived. I thought it was a fluke but it’s obvious this happens frequently. Totally disgusted. Interesting too, my husband called and asked for the manager and he was told they were not there and took his number and was told they would call him back. Nobody called. Apple has taken care of us but I would strongly suggest if you have to trade in you take it directly in to the Apple Store. OR go to a different UPS store. This one cannot be trusted."

"They don't answer the phone, return calls, or respond to emails. Take this into account when renting a box at this location. I'm now unable to have my mail forwarded because they don't respond. UPS store- WHY do you keep responding with "email us" when you don't return calls or emails? This is a baseless answer when you don't fix the problem. I have NOT hesitated to tell you the issues. (PS, this is solely a review of (unfortunate) management. In store workers are excellent.)"

"I opened a new mailbox here on 9/9/23 and was told there were no keys for it yet. I asked for 2 keys and for a copy of my po box paperwork to be placed in the new box for pickup. I've called daily and left multiple voice messages and I even emailed once to check the status of the keys being made etc and can't get anyone to respond. This is really frustrating because I'm disabled and can't just drive and go to the store on a whim to check in person. My plan was to give the stuff to my employee to take care of checking the box for me and add her to the list of approved people to check my box when Igo to pick up the new keys... I'm eventually going to have to go down there due to the lack of communication (they have never answered the phone..... always gotta leave a message and no call back). If I go all the way down there and hobble in there with my cane.....there better be keys and paperwork or I'm going to be so upset!"
