"Trying to do a good deed I offered to drop several return items to UPS for someone. Demonstrating amazing patience, Clay waited while I matched up the labels with the items. Then an hour later, when I realized I got 2 labels wrong, Clay found the packages and relabeled them for me. Thank you Clay, you are an impressive young man."

"I had to return an Amazon package that specifically stated I needed to repackage it myself. I’ve never had to do this before, so I was a little overwhelmed while walking into this store. I had also read some of the negative reviews, as I usually do when selecting a place of service, which made me a little hesitant but it was the closest UPS store to me so I gave it a try anyway. I was welcomed by Shy with a big smile and a hello. She then walked me through the process, showed me how simple it was and really made me feel at ease. Though I do love her name, it is not fitting at all. She was very personable, helpful, patient and friendly; anything but “shy”. She deserves 5 stars!"
