"Beware of this place! The staff here claims they don’t do Amazon returns. I’ve had two separate occasions they’ve refused to do Amazon returns . They eventually took one of them bc I pointed out the PRINTED and attached UPS label on the packaging. The second time they refused to take it even though I showed the QR code that said no box or label required. They told everyone the same thing as I stood there and watched people come in. They made us all buy $8 tape and boxes to ship the returns back in even though it said UPS NO BOX OR LABEL NEEDED ! That’s one way to boost your in store sales right?! Scammers!"

"Ayuub, Maria, and Gigi are the Allstars in this location. Ayuub has that personality and always helping, Maria out there throwing that thing around in a circle, grabbing packages, and making the magic happen, and GiGi hooked a brother up as I showed up 1 minute before closing time. Most stores would have turned me away for being 1 minute before closing, but she was solid, and helped me out. Plus, she is always smiling and making the customers feel special."

"Avoid this store at all costs. I dropped off a prepaid package and the store owner immediately took umbrage that it was in a FedEx box (there’s no reason UPS can’t deliver a box marked FedEx and vice versa). He tried to sell me an overpriced UPS box to hide the FedEx logo, and subsequently an overpriced roll of parcel tape to cover it when I declined. Eventually to appease him I scrubbed out the FedEx logo with a Sharpie and he begrudgingly took the package. At this point he raised further concern about how much I’d paid for the shipping (via a third party website). Anyway, guess what: the package is lost, never having made it out of the store (last scan: Drop Off). My suspicion is that he simply tossed it rather than have the driver pick it up. Seriously unimpressed."

"Ayuub’s got a killer sense of humor that kept me laughing during my UPS Store visit. He didn’t give up until he fixed my printing problem, showing some serious patience. The guy’s a legend, spreading good vibes and making the UPS Store a cool place to be. Thumbs up for Ayuub!"

"My UPS Store Sunrise city is always busy.Ayvb is usually taking care of someone when I walk in. He Is always personable, friendly, efficient, and professional. I don’t mind waiting, because he is always taking care of business. The wait is never long, if at all."
