"I recently had the unfortunate experience of utilizing a virtual mailbox service at a certain location, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I cannot express enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with the abysmal quality of their service. Here are the reasons why I strongly advise against using this virtual mailbox location: Poor Customer Service: From the moment I signed up, it was clear that customer service was not a priority for this company. My inquiries were met with slow response times, if at all. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked basic knowledge about their own services. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with such unprofessionalism. Constant Mail Delivery Delays: The primary reason for opting for a virtual mailbox service was to have my mail promptly forwarded to me. However, that expectation was shattered. On numerous occasions, important mail arrived weeks late, and some items were even lost entirely. This negligence and lack of efficiency are completely unacceptable. Shoddy Mail Handling: The handling of my mail was shockingly careless. Packages were left outside of my designated mailbox area, exposed to the elements and potential theft. Moreover, delicate items were often damaged due to inadequate packaging. It's evident that this location does not prioritize the security and safety of their customers' mail. Exorbitant Pricing: Despite the subpar service provided, the pricing was exorbitant. I expected to pay a premium for a virtual mailbox service, but the costs here were unjustifiably high given the level of incompetence and unreliability. It felt like a complete rip-off and a waste of hard-earned money. Lack of Transparency: Transparency is vital when it comes to a service like a virtual mailbox. Unfortunately, this location fell short in this aspect as well. There were hidden fees and additional charges that were not clearly communicated at the time of sign-up. It's apparent that they have no qualms about deceiving their customers. Overall, my experience with this virtual mailbox location was nothing short of a disaster. The substandard customer service, persistent mail delivery delays, careless handling of packages, exorbitant pricing, and lack of transparency are all reasons why I would strongly advise against using their services. Save yourself the headache and look for a reputable alternative."

"Use them all the time for their fax service, copy service and printing. Good helpful people June 17th, 2023. Edit to previous review posted 2 months ago. I still think they have good service and good people but am in need of having copys of prints but why are you closed on Saturdays. II can go somewhere else but you are close and convenient Wish you would consider at least partial hours , probably there are others who would appreciate it. But I still will continue using Lordco. With all the services you provide, I think you are the best just wish you had Saturday hours."
