"This is a wonderful UPS store! Everyone is kind, friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and efficient. I had my hands full and when an employee saw me they came and opened and held the door! I am grateful to have such a great addition to the Loughman Crossing shops."

"Even though this store is brand new, I recommend driving the extra 10 minutes to the next one. Or even paying pickup. Kim was very rude and made sure be condescending when telling me it was my fault for not reading the fine print in my shipping. I can understand making a mistake, but to be rude about it is another thing. Wish I got the other cashier, as she seemed nice. Will be going to the other ups store location in the future."

And when I was walking in, the employee opened the door for me and greeted me as well. I was a breath of fresh air having that type of customer service.
