"Who ever the store manager is here please read. I returned two boxes that came from Amazon damaged today. The instructions no where stated I needed to tape up the box just include all items and print the prepaid shipping label. I was instructed by a lady at your office that with prepaid shipping labels we need to tape our own box and was told to pay for a roll of tape to use a few inches of it. I found this to be ridiculous as no where in the store does it say this and other ups stores allow us to use there own tape. (Wesley Chapel UPS store) after push back from your workers they decided to do the right thing and tape the box which is why I gave 5 stars. I just ask to do better in allowing the guests to use your tape without be given issues and as long as it’s not abusing your generosity. Thank you"
